Fertilizer is probably one of the most confusing products sold in the garden center. The bags are stacked in piles and every pile is a fertilizer with a different set of NPK numbers, such as 15-10-5. How do you choose?

You will notice our bias in favor of slow release granular fertilizer for most applications in the home landscape, but we do note some uses for the liquid products.
